What can I say about Gary that will do him justice? He is really a cut above the rest when it comes to Family Law attorneys. I stumbled across his office 2 years ago when I realized my ex had an attorney. I had been referred to other attorneys from friends and family but when I would go for the consu...ltation, they were the typical arrogant type. I didn't want that. I wanted someone who was a straight shooter but also compassionate and empathetic. First of all, Gary's assistant, Paula, is outstanding. She has ALWAYS made me feel better when I have asked her questions or stopped in their office. She is personable and caring and I just love her. She is on top of things and gets back to you right away. Gary is the same way. I know when I go into his office, I can guarantee he will take the time to explain things to me and make me feel comfortable. He has practiced Family Law for several years (over 35) and it shows in his approach. He was and always has been genuinely concerned with my daughter's well being and he aggressively fought for her best interest. Gary made it more easy to afford being able to get his representation because he offered a payment plan that would work for me, and unlike other attorneys, he didn't try to take all my money. In fact, when I asked him about representing me for the child support part, he said not to waste my money since the Dept. of Child Support would be there to represent the child support part. Now what kind of an attorney would do that? The majority are out to get every penny they can squeeze out of you. I have been to the courthouse more times than I can recall, all because my ex and his attorney are shady and unethical liars. Each visit was a waste of time, however, I made sure Gary came to represent me and I must say everything has gone in our favor. He called the other attorney out in her lies because he is very knowledgeable with the laws, and makes sure to be on his toes because the other attorney has made countless mistakes and tried to pass them through. Gary has caught them all which forced her to do the legal right way instead of her unethical practices. He is definitely worth getting, as you will not be deceived. He is a great all around person. He reminds me of my dad, which I love. Almost two years later and my daughter has not had to go to her dad's house, or seen him in a year. In this case, this is the best thing for her and I owe it all to Gary for having her best interest at heart.
