After I paid him to take care of my case, it became so hard to get a hold of him he barely answers the phone calls I do like the fact he is willing to lie and spice things up - for that I'm giving him an extra star- but he doesnt know what is he doing I had to move along with a new law...yer...

I had retained another attorney months prior, and that attorney eventually abandoned me without telling me, leaving me on my own facing a court date. Then I met Eyad (attorney Eddie), and he went above and beyond to take care of my case! He represented me when the others dropped the ball. He was pre...cise and gave me a detailed description of how he projected the case would go. He handled additional miscellaneous paperwork that was very important for my case and remained confident throughout the process. I ended up receiving just what I wanted and now I can rest easy! He is very knowledgeable, his fees are reasonable and he is easy to work with.

This attorney was hired thru a legal documents prep service, He met once only to say that he wasn't going to be cheap to hire, but his price speaks on the quality of attorney he is. He never met with us to talk about the case or evidence or anything. He showed up the first day of trial and asked what... we had, we gave him all our evidence, such as photos, tax returns, land deeds, witness affidavits. Just to cut us off 3 minutes into telling him what our case is about, and tell us he has another case he has across the street so he rescheduled the trial. The next trial date he still didn't return our calls about meeting up with him to talk about the case. We're calling the PreXpress office asking where he was just to have them tell us to ask for another trial date because he was at another case again scheduled at the same time. The PreXpress would not give us a refund saying it will take about 39days to have them review our request for a refund, so we couldn't get another attorney without the money. We were stuck with them and this attorney. Just to have them reschedule yet again for the third time. Eyed still hadn't met with us or returned or calls. When he finally did show up for trial it turns out he lost our tax returns and witness affidavits witch were our only copies showing us filling together after the date of separation the other attorney was stated. He didn't know what was going on he showed our evidence of photos from 2006 to 2012 of us at family gatherings and birthday's. And showed them as here's the couple in 2007 at a birthday. He didn't call any of the four children from the marriage that are now grownups that were there to testify about the date of separation. He was just throwing case law that had no revelance in what was going on. The other attorney had not one piece of evidence, yet somehow had pretty much everything he wanted won. Without showing any evidence or paperwork. When I went back to look at the case online I saw he requested a translation of a paper from the other attorney which he never mentioned doing and when asked if there was a copy of that paper in court during trial he said no. He has destroyed just about any chance of me getting my fair share out of My 29 year relationship 12 year,marriage. I would advise anyone that even considers him to stay away do not believe anything he or the company PreXpress say, oh yeah PreXpress was handling our paperwork that turned out to be copies of the paperwork I gave them and them telling me, it wasn't professional enough for trial. I have the emails to prove they reused my copies because the ones they turned into court have the date from the previous time I filed them. They said they would do it right. They rescheduled so many times my income and expense paperwork was not accepted by the judge because it was more than three months old.

Building B15 I have never once regretted or second guess my hiring him. not only have I hired him to represent me in a Civil Lawsuit, I am looking forward to him representing me in Family Law just like Perry Mason, Barnaby Jones and Matlock he has found away to reopen a case I thought was lost forever as I have said I paid in cash an attorney to represent me and he took the money and never filed the guardianship and never appeared in court on the day of trial.
