He sounded convincing at first. I payed preliminary 7500, then He pushed me to trial 7500. He made a huge mistake on the argument at trial, that led the judge to a private talk out back with the DA. Replied last May 14, 2018I represented this client with regards to his FELONY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST including GROSS BODILY INJURY allegedly caused to his wife. His maximum exposure was 7 YEARS IN STATE PRISON. After nearly 18 months of advocating on behalf of this client, the FELONY was reduced to a MISDEMEANOR, and the GROSS BODILY INJURY allegation was DISMISSED. This client served NO JAIL TIME WHATSOEVER. This client did not retain a "new lawyer," as this SUCCESSFUL RESULT was a product of my representation through the completion of the case.
