Bianca M. Moreno

Bianca M. Moreno is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Yesika M. Figueroa. Mrs. Moreno began her career focusing primarily on immigration law. She has represented a multitude of clients from around the world in cases before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Since joining the Law Office of Yesika M. Figueroa, Attorney Moreno has expanded her practice field to now include family law and criminal defense.

Attorney Moreno attended UC Berkeley and majored in Legal Studies. After college, she attended Loyola Law School and graduated in 2014. Mrs. Moreno always had a passion for helping the underprivileged community based on her upbringing. She was raised by a single mother after her father was incarcerated and eventually deported. These incidents gave Mrs. Moreno the drive to become an attorney and help not only her clients, but their families as well, because she resonates with their experiences.

In law school, Attorney Moreno interned at various organizations that allowed her to experience various fields of law. One of those organizations was KIND (Kids In Need of Defense) wherein she assisted in the pro-bono representation of minors in immigration proceedings. She also interned with the Federal Public Defender's Office assisting in the appeals for death row inmates. Mrs. Moreno credits these experiences for helping develop the legal skills she utilizes in her representation today.

She is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the Latina Lawyers Bar Association and the LA Bar Association. She and her husband, Nick, are the proud parents of two, Amiyah and Alijah.
