Went to court didn't talk to me prior to start of trial had attitude against me the client and always was uncertain of what he was doing. Refused to fight for property to be listed from other side and refuse to pull account to show property in deceased loved ones home and didn't fight for me for lega...l half of property and money.Never returned phone calls in a timely fashion and when he did it was a rude one word answer with attitude and threatened to walk off case cause which he was only owed $250.00 from a total of approximately $3000.00 bill said.it had to be paid before court but then demanded it two months prior To court or was going to walk off case. After verdict I requested he represent me in the appeal of this case he said he had closed.his office and was going to work under another Lawyer and that his new boss would not allow him anymore amount of time to appeal and that I could do it myself?? Knowing he still had my case going on
