Just Awesome.

A huge shout out to Darla Cunningham and Jazzlyn Reid. They were on top of their game help me with all my paperwork my needs and me not understanding the process. Darla dealt with a judge that was not very pleasant and she did it in a professional manner which helped me calm my nerves and know that I... got the right person or the job. What a great attorney and Law Firm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Darla Cunningham, and Jazzlyn Reed.

Just the BEST!!

I was fortunate enough to be able to fall upon Darla and her assistant Jazzlyn! I mean attorneys are not always the easiest to work with, but to have an attorney, and her assistant be over the top incredible, both professionally, and personally, to have empathy and compassion and understanding to ...want to help and to work hard enough to win. I feel it was divine intervention really because after being denied twice for my disability case, they ended up finally after 3 1/2 years gaining a favorable decision, by the administrative law, judge!! No Social Security disability administration, policies, and procedures desperately needs to be restructured sooner than yesterday! the time it takes to approve or disapprove a case is unethical or somebody who is suffering that’s ill!! it actually made my health worse from the stress of wondering how it would stay afloat with just a house payment and utilities ! That actually made my health suffer worse and destroyed my credit.! people are truly suffering with a disability are dying and losing their homes being forced to file bankruptcy while SS pushes paper around ! and I did most of it work for them! I almost lost my home! if not for Darlas expertise and her knowledge and experience with Social Security, administration, their practices, and guidelines, I would not still be in my home! So DO do not wait! They are waiting to help! Your own foot work as you can to expedite your case, they are Such a wonderful team they will fight for you. They will be your friend in time of need, I felt like I built a friendship of trust and understanding. And contact your local congressman‘s office to be an advocate to pressure SSDI county of riverside is probably different than Corona, but Corona is Congressman Ken Calvert, Their office will send letters with inquiries to SSDI about your case on your behalf, until it’s closed.! I was able to provide all my doctors information and reports historically. I inundated them from all of my doctors history and medical records going back 20 years, (which is not required but I did it anyway) because that’s how long I’ve suffered with a plethora of issues and pain. And, if not for these women, I would’ve lost my mind waiting on my Social Security administrative hearing. Our government needs to spend effort to restructure that program and get people the help They need more efficiently, instead of making their health worse by increasing the deadliest disease of all -STRESS!! with no funds to pay their bills, or hold onto their home, or their health, all while they wait for approval my advice is don’t wait! to get an attorney.!! Without Darla and Jazzlyn. I’m sure that I would’ve been denied again. It took 3 1/2 years of my life and my health, my credit, my entire savings! had these ladies not been there my last year, with their loving support and kindness I would’ve thrown in the towel… This actually restored faith in my thoughts about attorneys! If you truly have a disability case, don’t wait! You’ll never win without an attorney!! Call Darla Cunningham, and Jazzlyn Reid and have your case reviewed asap! her knowledge and expertise of the guidelines of the areas that you need to fall under to be fully disabled, are twisted and complicated and you’ll never understand it alone!! they can help you win and they will work tirelessly to do it! Ox love you ladies to bits❣️

My Social Security Disability Case

Five years ago, in November of 2017, I was due to go before a Disability Judge for my SSDI hearing for my 3rd time. Prior to that, I had represented myself for my 1st and 2nd Disability Hearings, which I lost. I knew at that time that I needed a Disability Attorney to represent me. I had no clue wh...o I could find to help me. After looking at numerous Disability Law Firms, I happened to come across the office of Ms. Darla Cunningham, a Disability Attorney. I was very impressed with their website, and I was just drawn to them. I just had a strong feeling about their expertise. As a female, I have disabilities of a very sensitive nature, so I was relieved that I could possibly have a female Attorney to represent me. Darla took me under her wing right away, and took my case immediately. And, the next incredible woman that started helping me is Darla's Legal Assistant, Ms. Jazzlyn Reid. Jazzlyn and Darla work so beautifully together. I can't even think of the wonderful words to describe them but they were definitely my two guardian angels. They seriously treated me like family, and they care so, so much about you as a whole. Darla and Jazzlyn took so much care with my case and always treated me with respect, kindness, and just treated me with a lot of patience! These two wonderful ladies made me feel totally at ease because I was totally stressed out about my final upcoming hearing at SSDI. Darla is just an incredible, talented and intelligent Attorney with lots of SSDI expertise. In the meantime, Jazzlyn "babysat" me every time I called her with questions and needs and worries. Jazzlyn is a very experienced SSDI Secretary and is super-fast and on top of her work. Jazzlyn had to put up with all of my crazy stressed-out phone calls for help, and she really always had a beautiful, calming way of making me feel like everything was going to work out fine. By the way, I had TONS of medical records and paperwork that they handled for me. When Darla told me to give Jazzlyn certain paperwork, it was taken care of immediately. Darla and Jazzlyn always made sure my needs were met, and they never missed ONE thing for my case. They were on top of everything during my entire case prior to my SSDI Hearing. At the end, the SSDI Judge ruled in my favor, and I won my SSDI case. Darla and Jazzlyn won my case for me together! I cannot describe the feeling of joy of the good news. I put my entire life in the hands of Darla and Jazzlyn and they literally saved my life. If anyone out there is looking for legal representation, please definitely contact Darla Cunningham and Jazzlyn Reid. You will definitely be making the absolute best choice out there in the legal field. Thank You, Cheryl Cheramie
