Christopher Damian Lockwood

Mr. Lockwood has extensive experience in both state and federal court in a variety of issues with an emphasis on appeals and writs. He has argued twice before the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit en banc, and multiple times before California appellate courts and the Ninth Circuit. He is counsel of record in multiple published opinions and over 200 unpublished appeals and writs. He has extensive law and motion experience in California and federal courts. His practice focuses on civil rights, police liability, dangerous condition liability, public entity liability, land use litigation, employment litigation, and contract disputes. He is frequently requested to provide legal opinions for his clients outside of litigation.
