I have practiced Workers' Compensation law for many years and am very familiar with the laws, rules, and procedures, as well as the Judges and opposing attorneys. This gives me an advantage over other attorneys in the field. I have worked both representing injured workers, as well as defending Workers' Compensation claims, so I understand both sides of the system.
