Atty Bunce's advice is spot on. Tell your BK lawyer you want to transfer your RE to the trust. Don't have a lawyer? Big mistake.
After a corporate chapter 7 bankruptcy do I still need to file a dissolution form with the secretary of state in california?

I concur with my colleagues that you should formally dissolve the corporation to avoid additional fees in future years.

I know it costs more to obtain certified copies, but in the off chance a judge is on the line, best evidence would be a certified copy.

Probably not. At one time, sponsors had to vouch for and be responsible for aliens. Not today.

Once the money is put in a bank account, there are no exemptions I am aware of to allow you to keep the funds levied. Civil Code §706.124 permits...
