Phillip Todd Vondra

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a law firm, and I feel it is my duty to share this publicly. I am deeply dissatisfied with how I was treated by Mr. Vondra and his firm. After receiving a "We finished your case" letter yesterday, along with a request for a Google review, I fel...t compelled to express my concerns. Throughout the process, Mr. Vondra failed to return most of my calls or emails, leaving me in the dark about the status of my case. Despite my repeated inquiries, he chose to wrap up my case WITHOUT my consent or input. To add insult to injury, the letter I received boasted about his pride in his work and his referral-based business model, which I found laughable given his lack of communication and professionalism. I specifically asked Mr. Vondra to negotiate my medical bills, yet when I contacted the billing department, they informed me that he NEVER even attempted to do so. It became clear that his primary concern was securing his fee, with little regard for my financial outcome. His promises were empty, and he was nowhere to be found when it came time to deliver results. I am genuinely baffled as to how Mr. Vondra obtained his license to practice law. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend his services to anyone. Beware of this law firm and consider seeking legal counsel elsewhere.

Phil Vondra and everyone at the firm I interacted with really are the best. They are kind, helpful and genuinely have the best interest of their client at heart. My son’s father initially went to Phil after a car crash, which he ended up passing away from. Before he passed away, he also spoke hig...hly of Phil as a person and as an attorney. Phil is a great guy and I believe he does his very best to get the best outcome. I’m the type of person who loves a thorough explanation, which Phil always provided. He’s very intelligent and caring. The office also was very quick to help when I needed the assistance. I was very satisfied with the Law Offices of Vondra and Hanna, and how Phil helped my family. If ever needed, I would definitely go to Phil again. To anyone reading this looking for an attorney, I sincerely would recommend going with Phil Vondra.
