Thomas Hudspeth is a man to trust.

Thomas Hudspeth (retired Judge) was my torts teacher in law school. His fun sense of humor and fantastic teaching helped so many of us to make it through the stress that only law school can bring! Not only was he a great teacher, he also represented me in a case many years ago. He as a rock of st...rength and got the job done quickly. He is the kind of man who is called 'an Attorney's Attorney" for a reason. He's smart, experienced and hardworking. So many years have passed and whenever I have a difficult case, decision,or strategy issue, I do not hesitate to contact him. His advise though these many years has been true and noteworthy. Mr. Hudspeth served us all on the bench in Riverside County and now, if I need to recommend a mediator or need one for a case, I know he is on the top of the list as a professional.

Mediation lawyer | Mar 01

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Hon. Hudspeth (ret.) mediated a very contested real estate matter that was not only legally challenging but emotionally as well. His expert skills allowed both sides to begin the process of settlement. He took his time as mediator and his experience as a Judicial Officer was invaluable. Both Mr. Hudspeth and Sterling Mediations are highly recommended! In addition the prices for mediation/arbitration was more than fair."

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Commissioner Hudspeth since before he took the bench. He is highly regarded with the respect and affection of lawyers in his community. He is extremely well qualified as a dispute resolution professional and as an arbitrator or "private Judge." Hire Him!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
