I represent corporate clients in all aspects of entity formation and operation, including advising on corporate duties, asset acquisitions, financing transactions, and shareholder disputes.

I represent clients in commercial litigation, primarily in federal court, and in arbitration. I have also handled appeals in the federal courts.
