David Philipson was admitted to practice law in the State of California over forty years ago following his graduation from U.C. Hastings College of the Law. He immediately commenced the practice of law with a prominent criminal defense attorney, handling hundreds of criminal cases including over thirty homicides. His practice has evolved to include litigation and transactions involving estate planning, wills, trusts, workers' compensation cases, unlawful detainer actions, bankruptcy, real estate matters, easement litigation, personal injury and business matters. He has tried countless cases in the State and Federal courts throughout his career.
