Debra Sue Popineau

Paid Debra Popineau $2500 to set up a irrevocable Family Trust in August of 2018 with everything going to my 16 year old daughter at age 25. I have heath issues and my days are numbered. I called this office today about amending the trust from age 25 to age 30. I was told Debra will get back to me. ...1 hour later her asst. call and said the Trust can NOT be amended. I go on line and did some research and found that a irrevocable trust can be amended in California. I called the office a told the asst. this and she said she will have Debra get back to me. No call back all day. I call back the office at 4:30 and the asst. told me the Debra wrote me a letter and I should receive it tomorrow. I find it amazing that this lawyer found time to write a letter, but not time to speak to me. She was in the office all day.....I guess I'm not $$worth$$ her time.
