Amir Abbas Abdizadeh

Amir Abdizadeh is the founder of Amir Law Group He represents a wide array of clients in the areas of estate planning, business, and personal injury. Amir’s estate planning practice focuses on everything from wills and trusts to probate matters. Aside from estate planning, Amir also has extensive experience working with various types of businesses to provide them with proper corporate planning and legal solutions to their everyday needs. As for his personal injury experience, Amir has handled hundreds of tort cases including vehicle accidents, premises liability, elder abuse, sexual assault and battery, traumatic injuries, and many other types of cases.

Amir graduated from Loyola Law School in 2013 and received his Bachelors of Science at UC Irvine in 2009. During his tenure at Loyola Law School, Amir externed at various law firms to get real world legal experience and learned how to effectively represent clients. After graduating law school, Amir worked at a business litigation firm in Century City and was part of an integral team handling complex litigation disputes. After experiencing the litigation side, Amir decided to expand his legal experience and took up an opportunity to work at an estate planning and business law firm where he learned the intricacies of estate planning as well as helping small and midsize businesses with their transactional matters. Amir also served as in-house counsel for an innovate healthcare company which focused on early onset diabetes prevention. Amir has the knowledge and know-how to effectively represent his clients and achieve his client’s goal.
