Biography
I am Jason Whiteside. I have extensive litigation experience in both criminal and family law.
For Criminal Defense, I am currently on the county's conflict panel, serving the Joshua Tree Courthouse. I have prior experience as a volunteer Attorney for the San Bernardino DA's Office. Criminal law is my passion. In most cases, the DA has the upper hand. So, I work towards creative solutions for your case. However, I do not back down from a fight when necessary.
For Family Law, I have certificates from the State Bar for my pro bono work in the area of Family Law and practiced full time and a high litigation firm. I have had great success in trial on a variety of family law issues.
However, I no longer wish to litigate in court. I offer reasonably priced document preparation with advice and a roadmap for you to argue your own case.
For couples that actually get along, I offer mediation services and judgment preparations.
Finally, I offer services for Step-Parent Adoptions and Termination of Parental Rights. This is a newer venture for me but the one that gives me the most satisfaction.
