Donna Yvonne Gordon

Like others stated, I wish I could give Donna Gordon a negative star review. We hired her over two years ago, paid her $3,500 for a retainer and she completely wasted it. She never replies to phone calls or emails and constantly leaves her clients in the dark. She and her assistant, Anne, both make e...mpty promises but consistently fail to deliver. They both failed to file the proper paperwork and even failed to appear for our hearings. We were told one of our most crucial hearings was rescheduled to January, THE DAY BEFORE the hearing was supposed to occur in August of 2018, and it turns out that was a blatant lie. The judge was dumbfounded that we were even there and stated that we had a failure to appear for the original hearing that was supposedly rescheduled. Needless to say, the other party dialed in and got what they wanted all because Ms. Gordon is incompetent. She should NOT be in business, nor should she be allowed to represent anyone. Stay away from her office at all costs, even if that means traveling to Palm Springs and paying more money as that will pay off in the end.

I hired Donna to represent my son in a custody case that involved a molestation accusation. The accusations were dropped by the DA for insufficient evidence..My son was and is innocent..from the first moment we walked into court Donna misrepresented my Son, she never read his file, she never fought... for him and most of the time had us confused with other cases...today we lost everything in court after a year of jumping through hoops and the judge stated thanks to Donna we can move forward...
