I have been a client of Mrs. Lloyd since my back was injured at Wal Mart in 11/07. She and Gloria have always shown me respect, concern for my pain and very patient with my lack of knowledge concerning the law, my rights, workers comps responsibility to me and every other issue I need resolved, no... matter how insignificant it might be. When workers comp is making unrealistic demands Mrs. Lloyd sees to it that they operate in the guidelines of the law in regards to what is expected of me. When Mrs Lloyd is out of town or unavailable for a few days , if Gloria isn’t able to address my concerns until Mrs. Lloyd returned.
