Juan Manuel Armenta

I first made the mistake of hiring an attorney from a television advertisement and found out that was a huge mistake!! I was taken out of work by my personal doctor for severe stress and very High Anxiety. I was diagnosed with PTSD by several doctors. I was pressured by the Workers Comp Insurance Com...pany to go back to work. I didn't know what to do so I called this Lawyer firm out of LA. They had me see a Chiropractor instead of a doctor that could treat my condition, this was clue number one. The second clue was that the location of my case was Riverside County but I was ordered to go to LA for my court hearing. I was scheduled for 1:30pm and I showed up over an hour early to find out that I just had to wait and they would call out my name. I waited until 4:00 and then they finally called for me. A completely different lawyer asked why I was late. I told them that I spoke with who was supposed to be representing me and he told me just to wait until I was called. I asked if I need to sign in and he said no just wait. When this new lawyer finally called me she told me the best that they were going to do for me was a ridiculously small amount then send me on my way. I was furious to say the least so I fired them on the spot. While I was waiting I listened to everyone that was there basically for the same reason I was, I couldn't believe my ears they were being told the very same thing I was told. Not to expect any more than this, that is the only and final offer. I really felt that they were hurding us through like cattle and sending us off to the slaughterhouse. The Judge allowed me some time to find a new Attorney. I researched more this time and this is when I found Juan Armenta. I called his office and he told me to come in for a consultation. He said no at first, I explained everything to him then he changed his mind lucky for me and took my case. He cleared up everything for me with the first attorney firm then he took care of my case. I ended up moving back to my home town because my father had cancer and I needed to take care of him and my mother. Mr Armenta still dealt with my case even though I wasn't there in the area any longer. I was called for a deposition in his office. They made sure that my travel arrangements were taken care of by the Insurance company. When I arrived I was so nervous. Mr Armenta calmed me down and told just answer the questions truthfully and he would make sure they didn't ask for anything that they were not supposed too. He handled things very well from my stand point. The whole thing went better than I expected. My case is all settled now Thanks to Mr Armenta. I was hoping to receive compensation for the time that I was out of work and the pain and suffering that I endured during this whole time. But the main thing is, is that I am back to work and my case is finally settled. I can just put that in the past now hopefully and just move forward with my life. Sad thing is that I will never be able to back into the town that I worked and feel comfortable anymore. It was far too traumatic for me. I want to Thank Juan Armenta for handling my case and treating me like a real human being. I really Appreciate everything he and his assistant Gloria Fernandez has done for me to get through this very hard time. Very Professional to say the least!!
