OUTCOME: A judgment of slander was granted which permitted the offending webpage to be purged from all search indexes, effectively wiping it off the internet, and giving our client, and all victims of such slander access to effective relief.

Reported on the font cover of the New York Law Journal, 12-22-2014, "Right to be Forgotten." A corporate CEO was horribly slandered by anonymous web postings. A service method was devised to obtain s ... ervice by posting court documents on the same bulletin board as the slander. When the slanderers responded, service was complete.
