My name is Jay D Wahlin.I am a CPA who has had my own CPA practice in Palm Desert,California since 1978. I was the executor of a very complicated estate involving significant assets located outside the United States.In 2022 ,my attorney died unexpectedly,and I had no new attorney to take over the... legal matters to get the estate closed.In late 2024, I realized the estate still needed substantial legal work,including work related to non-probated assets and extraordinary CPA/executor time spent on managing out-of-country assets.
