I have been operating Desert ADR, an alternate dispute resolution service in the Desert, for five years, with retired Judge Robert G. Taylor. Prior to that, I did mediations and settlement conferences for the Indio Superior Court, and Fee Arbitrators for the Desert Bar Association, for many years. I have also represented many personal injury cliints in judicial and binding arbitrations over the last 25 years.

I have formed over 100 partnerhips, corporations, and other business entities, and have advised many others in areas such as name protection, unfair competition, collection matters, capitalization, employer-employee matters, drafting of corporate minutes and other documents, etc. .

For about 20 years I practiced most personal injury law, including auto accidents, slip and fall cases, dog bite cases, insruance claims, uninsured motorist claims, and other cases.

I have drafted contracts for a variety of cases, including real estate matters (I have been a licensed real estate broker for 30 years), small businesses, corporations and partnerships. I have handled numersou buy-sell agreements, secured transactions, and shareholder agreements.
