Horrible. He claimed he knew about my case and that he was going to call me. He didn’t. Fine, I gave him a call, gave a short bio about my case and he goes “I’m not sure I’m familiar with this.” Really? Because you just emailed me about it this morning. I was fine, I was in a good mood today. Cal...led him, spoke briefly and after about two minutes of explaining, he asked to call me tomorrow or Tuesday. I said no, because I needed a demand letter sent off. He asked as to why. I explained everything again. I had to restate what I had already said about 3-4 times. The tone in my voice was me getting upset and annoyed and I told him multiple times, “I just said that.” It sounded as if he was driving or something, he sounded a bit timid on the phone since I confronted him for not knowing about my case despite emailing me earlier about it.
