He was able to describe in plain english what protections were built into the document that were ...advantages to us, and what was meant to safeguard the Seller. As it turned out, the contract was fairly drawn up and it gave us the confidence to proceed with the transaction. When your spending nearly 7-figures on a home that you plan to spend the rest of your life in, you want to be reasonably assured that your interests are protected so that there are no surprises.
