Kevin D. Miller

Kevin Douglas Miller is an experienced criminal law attorney with more than a decade of courtroom experience handling both misdemeanor and felony cases throughout Southern California. A former prosecutor, Kevin spent nearly 11 years with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, where he developed extensive trial experience and a deep understanding of criminal investigations, charging decisions, and courtroom strategy.

Before joining private practice, Kevin served as a Deputy District Attorney from 2014 to 2025, prosecuting a wide range of criminal matters and advocating on behalf of victims and the community. He later joined the Law Office of Graham Donath, APC, where he continued to expand his criminal law practice and provide strategic legal representation to individuals facing criminal charges.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from La Verne College of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013. During law school, he gained valuable international legal experience as an intern with the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania, where he assisted in matters involving the Rwandan genocide.
