Over my 40 plus year career, I have litigated hundreds of case involving business and real estate contracts such as agreements to buy or sell a business and real estate purchase contracts. Many of these cases have also involved business/real estate torts such as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair completion, wrongful termination, trademark infringement, partnership disputes and the like. I have conducted over 125 trials in both state and federal court before Judges and juries.

In addition to litigating business disputes and business contracts, I have written or reviewed dozens of contracts including partnership agreement, buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, license agreements, employment contracts and sales agreements for individuals, small family owned companies and large corporations.

I have both written, reviewed and litigated dozens of purchase and sale agreements and commercial/residential leases involving large and small properties and undeveloped parcels.
