Jason Drew Dabareiner

For more than 22 years, Jason Dabareiner has been providing high quality business and real estate legal services to a wide range of clients, including both businesses and individuals, throughout the Palm Springs area and inland Southern California.   

Mr. Dabareiner advises both publicly-traded and private real estate clients on complex real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions and sales; real estate finance, loan workouts and foreclosures; common interest subdivision and development; land use and entitlements; lease transactions, brokerage issues; title and escrow matters, and construction contracts. 

Mr. Dabareiner also provides counsel to a wide array of business clients. His business law services include forming and advising corporations, partnerships, LLC’s and LLP’s; buying and selling businesses and companies of all type; advising hotel, restaurant, and other business and franchises; drafting contracts and providing general business advice and counsel. He also represents physicians and medical groups in health care business matters.   

Prior to forming his own law office in 2010, Mr. Dabareiner was a partner at the law firm of Slovak Baron & Empey LLP in Palm Springs, California, where he headed the firm's Real Estate Department for ten years. 

Before that, Mr. Dabareiner was a partner at Best Best & Krieger LLP, a 185 attorney law firm located in Southern California, where he concentrated on real estate acquisition and development, and general business transactions. 

Jason is admitted to the State Bar of California (1989); State Bar of Wisconsin (1989); United States District Court for Southern District of California; United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and United States Tax Court. 

Jason also holds a license as a California Real Estate Broker and is a Member of the National, California, and Desert Association of Realtors.
