Michael Bernard Rover

Mike Rover was the founding shareholder of The Rover Law Firm in 1997 practicing real estate, business, and construction law. In 2003, he was joined by Stephen J. Armstrong commencing a long and successful partnership and the firm was renamed Rover Armstrong, APC. In 2005, Mike was asked to join the Board of Directors of the H.N. an Frances C. Berger Foundation as an outside/independent director. In 2012, he began handling the Berger Foundation's business and real estate-related legal matters. In 2020 Mike was asked to come in-house at the Berger Foundation and Stephen Armstrong took over sole ownership and operation of the Rover Armstrong law firm when Mike became full-time legal counsel for the Berger Foundation.

Mike has the following qualifications:
• Bachelor of Business Administration - University of San Diego
• Juris Doctor - Loyola Law School, Los Angeles
• American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in trial advocacy
• Licensed California contractor (Lic. No. 634818)
• Licensed California real estate broker (Lic. No. 1302921)
• Member of California State Bar, Nevada State Bar, and the Desert Bar Association
• Admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, Nevada Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the District of Nevada, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mike is actively involved in charitable activities that positively impact the community:

Mike, his wife DoeDee, and their four children reside in Palm Desert.
