Our work in this practice area is referred to as TRUST ADMINISTRATION, and includes the funding of trusts with one's property, and the administration of trusts in accordance with their governing terms upon one's death or incapacity.

Our work in this area includes assisting clients with the establishment of their estate plans, which plans may be comprised of the following: (1) Revocable Living Trusts; (2) Wills & Testaments; (3) Powers of Attorney for Financial Matters; (4) Advance Health Care Directives; (5) Beneficiary Designations to "pay on death" assets such as retirement plans and insurance policies; and (6) Trust Funding matters.

We assist client with all phases of the administration of a loved one's estate via the probate process (also known as Decedent's Estate Administration).
