Scott Bradley Tepper

I hired Scott Tepper for a case filed against me for parental rights/custody and visitation. I interviewed another lawyer who told me I had no chance to get what I wanted. When I went to interview him he said... well is this what you want or are you settling? Let’s fight for what you want, you have a... strong case. He is a very knowledgeable experienced attorney that brushed off the other “attorney’s” silly views and attempts at submitting paperwork. He stepped up when he had to, but also knew when to allow the other “attorney” to destroy himself, which he did for the most part. And we won my case and I got everything I wanted. I won’t go to anyone else for legal advice except him. Thank you Scott!!!

Mr. Tepper took the time to contact me and explain the process our case was going through. His paralegal was very friendly also and very helpful I believe her name is Claudia. Together they make a great team. He doesn't always have time to directly talk to me but the messages did get relayed through ...the firm to me and vice versa. Happy with our outcome, he did his research in order to provide us with the best argument and he was successful in court.

He dragged out my divorce of the past year and doesn't explain things to you very well. He failed to inform me that I had to have certain documents notarized and when asked about them simple said that he had told me which he did not. Do not hire this guy! He doesn't know how to handle a simple divorc...e case. He'll drag it out to pad his billing...

I have hired Scott Tepper for one case which has been a long process due to the other party but Scott not once has made me feel unconfident about my case. I really appreciate him for everything he has done for my case. I feel he really cares about my case and takes it personal. He takes the time duri...ng and after business hours to inform me when anything has changed. He also takes the time to listen to everything I have to say and he worked with me on my billing. I appreciate his time and honesty. I recommend Scott as an attorney to anyone who has a similar situation like mine or any other family law matter. He is a well educated man.
