I have been a practicing lawyer for 28 years. During that time I have held the following positions: Deputy District Attorney III for the Imperial County District Attorney's Office, Senior Deputy City Attorney for the City of Anaheim, Federal defense panel member for the Sounthern District Court of California, Alternate defense panel member for the County of San Diego, ethics examiner and trial attorney for the State Bar of California, and Deputy Public Defender V.
I have participated in over 300 jury trials either as a defense attorney or prosecutor. I am currnetly a supervising attorney for the Law Offices of the Riverside County Public Defender's Office. Prior to becoming a supervisor, I was assigned as a felony trial attorney handling only the most serious felony trials incuding first degree murder cases.
