We provide advice on the selection of the appropriate form of business, with a focus on tax planning and operation of their company.

We assist virtually every business in the drafting and/or review of contracts necessary for the conduct of their business, from vendors to customers, leases to insurance contracts.

Where appropriate, due to tax and other considerations, selection of the LLC may be more appropriate for the operation of a particular business. In due course we offer advice on the operation of their business in the LLC form.
