Quynhvi Buu Sotelo

Vee's practice has been exclusively limited to labor and employment matters since 2003.  She represents both employers and employees throughout the Palm Springs area in all aspects of the field such as wrongful termination litigation, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour matters, HR counseling, trade secret protection, NLRB cases and contract negotiations.  She regularly works with management to audit employment practices and develop policies and guidelines to help them comply with the numerous labor and employment laws that pertain to their businesses.
