About Mary
Biography
For more than 23 years I have devoted my law practice exclusively to litigation. I handle business litigation from both the defense and plaintiff's perspective in a variety of areas, including real estate, labor and employment, agri-business, unfair competition, contract, media, and corporate, partnership and LLC disputes, in both the state and federal courts. I have also developed a litigation practice handling contested will and trust matters in the probate courts. I am experienced in trial work, mediation, arbitration and appeals.
I am the former President of the Desert Bar Association, a founding member of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and an active participant for many years in the Warren Slaughter/Richard Roemer American Inn of Court.
I currently serve as Secretary of Shelter From the Storm, the Coachella Valley's only shelter for victims of domestic violence. I also am Secretary of the Joslyn Senior Center in Palm Desert and Vice President of Habitat for Humanity of the Coachella Valley.
Representative clients include Palm Springs Air Museum, Tamarisk Country Club, Thane International, US Filter Corporation, LG's Prime Steakhouse and KESQ Television.
