My family trust hired this attorney to assist in distributing the assets to the beneficiaries including several real estate properties and several bank accounts. He also was the attorney for the Trust Administrators. He was used as an Estate & Trusts Litigator and was unsuccessful in preventing a sub...poena of the bank account records. When the case went to court, he took responsibility and ownership of the accounting only and not the settlement of the case. His partner who knew very little about the case was responsibility for any settlement.
