If the RV owner is not on the lease- the RV owner is not responsible for the rent.

Yes as the 4000 was part of the value of the car- your actual damages.
His insurance should be paying.

Unless you have an employment contract stating otherwise... You are an employee at will and they can let you go for pretty much anything.
