Mr. Coleman, represented by the Law Office of Charles Mellor, countersued for breach of contract, fraud and negligence related to improper construction of the residence and damage to the property & structures during construction. The settlement called for the payment of a six figure lump sum to Mr. Mellor's client. Paglia & Associates waived any claim for amounts allegedly due on the underlying action.
