You won't make it until March if you file your BK without an attorney ... the case will be dismissed two weeks after you file.
FYI, you don't file...
Can I make lower payments on a loan than the minimum to keep from being served court papers & does the loan co have to accept it

No, they don't have to accept your less-than-minimum payments ... and just because they do doesn't mean they won't sue you for breaching your...

Probably not. I believe most courts look at the character of the property at the time the lender made the loan.

The short answer is "yes" ... the debtor can always dismiss his Ch13 - but he won't receive a discharge of any unpaid debts if he does not complete...
