I agree that your question is not making much sense; but I suspect that what you are misunderstanding is that your homestead exemption does not...

No ... it is not possible the creditors can make you sell the car. Moreover, under your facts, it's not only likely that you will keep the car ......

Upon confirmation of your Plan more than 2 yrs ago, the house vested back with the two of you, so, technically, it's not "in bankruptcy". As Ms...

Yes, she can change to the 704 exemptions ... she can also convert to Ch13.

not personally ... but they still have a lien on your home.
You'll want to look into a Ch13 bankruptcy to possibly strip that lien.

Yes - it's cumulative for each creditor, but you don't have to worry about secured debt payments.

Some of the answers here appear to assume that you are trying to "strip" a voluntary lien on your property rather than, as you said, "avoid" a lien...
