Shervin Golshani

Shervin Golshani is a founding partner of Golshani Lee LLP. Shervin has extensive experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation. Shervin has represented clients in a broad range of matters including personal injury, wrongful death, class action suits, mass tort claims, contract disputes, construction defect litigation, fraud claims, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance bad faith claims. Shervin has handled multi-million dollar claims on both the defense and prosecuting side. He has litigated in state courts in California and Hawaii, federal courts in California, the California Court of Appeal, and numerous mediations and arbitrations. His current practice focuses on personal injury and insurance coverage/bad faith disputes.

Prior to founding Golshani Lee LLP, Shervin was the primary handling attorney in hundreds of litigated matters with significant experience in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. Shervin has obtained millions of dollars of coverage for his clients against insurance companies that wrongfully and unreasonably withheld coverage owed. His experience litigating against insurance companies provides Shervin with a unique perspective and ability to resolve a broad range of legal disputes where insurance coverage is often the determining factor.
