Megan represented me in family court in an interstate child support case. Although the system provides very few rights to defend yourself against such a case, Megan was very thorough and creative in helping me explore every option available. She prepared all of my paperwork throughout many steps in t...he process by collaborating remotely and represented me at court in person for the hearing and presented a convincing data-driven case as to why the CA formula should not be used. Naturally, the judge dismissed it and awarded the formula amount, but this seems to happen to almost everyone. She was able to get one-off amounts successfully excluded from my income and allowance credit for my at-that-time unborn child which helped mitigate some of the damage. I appreciated her positive attitude and that the price throughout the 2-year process stayed the same as what I had negotiated at the start with her firm's lead partner, Kevin Lemieux.
