Loren Kit Shiu

Mr. Shiu is an Associate Attorney with The Naumann Law Firm, PC and specializes in construction defect and civil litigation. He represents groups of single-family homeowners, homeowners’ associations, and commercial associations from the start of the litigation process through trial.

Prior to joining The Naumann Law Firm, Loren completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge Martin J. Jenkins of the California Court of Appeals, First District, and later a clinical internship with the class action firm, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP.

Since 2012, Mr. Shiu has successfully recovered more than $5,800,000 in monetary awards for his clients.

Mr. Shiu received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science – Public Law from the University of California at San Diego in 2008. Mr. Shiu earned his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 2012. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
