My father started a restaurant over 50 years ago in a less complicated time. My brother and I took over operations of the restaurant, but we did not do the book keeping. Our father is a very proud man, and wanted to stay connected ton the business, but also make our life easier by helping. Needless t...o say, certain I's were not dotted and some T's not crossed.
