About Julie
Biography
I was born and raised in Los Angeles after my parents immigrated from Russia. I earned my dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, San Diego. During my time at UCSD, I was was the captain of the Women’s Tennis Team and played the No. 1 position in singles and doubles during my junior and senior years. Additionally, I went on to earn my law degree from California Western School of Law, graduating in the Spring of 2009. During law school, I was involved in the Women’s Law Caucus and the Environmental Law Society. Prior to joining Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC as an associate attorney, I was a law clerk for the firm. In my spare time, I enjoy being active outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
