John Andrew Hammerstrand

Since 2009, attorney John A. Hammerstrand has devoted his career to standing up for individuals and families dealing with the fallout of serious personal injuries. Mr. Hammerstrand received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law after completing undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics at San Diego State University, and he expanded his studies through a program at Oxford University. Beyond his legal practice, he is also an experienced aviator, flying commercially as a Boeing 737 pilot and enjoying general aviation throughout California. He has also served the aviation community as a labor representative and mediator on behalf of pilots. When he’s not working, he can often be found restoring motorcycles, snowboarding, or giving back through local charitable organizations.
