Marcus Harris, Licensing Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Jennifer and I were opposing counsel on a trademark litigation matter before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. The case involved a number of technical legal issues dealing with trademark assignment and non-use. Our clients were ultimately able to resolve the matter through settlement. Jennifer was consistently well-prepared and quite knowledgeable about the applicable law. She was firm in her advocacy, yet appropriately flexible in the process of arriving at a settlement.
