Dia Sinohuiz Diaz Rogers

I hired Dia at the end of 2017 for 5 months and because of her, I was able to win my case. I sincerely believe that without Dia’s dedication to my case and investment in me, my story, and my family, I probably would not have won my case. Dia was great at keeping in contact, she would always respon...d to my calls, texts, and emails. She looked into everything I asked her to and every piece of evidence I provided her with. Not only was Dia incredibly intelligent and good at her job, but she is a kind and compassionate person. It is because of her that I was ever able to keep calm and navigate each hearing and every day of trial. She was there for my case professionally, and she was there for me emotionally. It is obvious that she’s not only good at what she does, but she cares deeply about what she does. Dia was there for me during the hardest time of my life, and was one of my biggest supporters. She was the bulldog I needed to win my case. It’s been 6 years since I met Dia, and I think about her often. I’m thankful everyday that I met her and that she was my attorney. I owe her everything and I will forever be grateful.

This "lawyer" is nothing but a crook who will take your money and lose your case. She is NOT trustworthy. She is an incompetent attorney. She is a liar. She is very shady, hard to find, and extremely LAZY! This lady needs to have an attitude adjustment she is VERY rude and doenst know how to comm...unicate to her clients. She is argumentative with her own clients and doesnt listen to anyone. Dia did the impossible! For 4 long years, I have suffered severe alienation from my daughter due to the other party's lack of following our visitation order. To make matters worse, we co-parent from different states. 2 years ago I spent 8K on another attorney to try to rectify this situation and ...they literally took my money and ran leaving me to represent myself. So naturally, I was terrified to hire another attorney. From the very first consultation to the final date of the Visitation Motion Dia was on top of things! She was extremely well organized, knowledgeable, and most importantly confident she could "break down the wall" that has been keeping my child and I apart. Her confidence gave me confidence! Working with Dia felt more like working with a friend on my side. She always maintained that "human" factor when talking to me. She returned every call, answered every single little question I had, and stayed in very close contact from start to finish! When the Motion date finally came, I can't even express how calm I felt! I knew she was going to handle it well. Sure enough, when it was all over, she got me MUCH, MUCH, more than I had anticipated! 4 long years with no results was crushing me, and to FINALLY have a win was remarkable! My daughter and I are finally reunited per a new order that keeps the other party accountable and I'm over the moon happy! She was truly worth every single penny.

I reached out to Dia in 2019, regarding filing for divorce, we agreed for full service half when we submit and half when we get the court processed, Dia went M.I.A from December 2020 until March 2021, when she finally responded back to my emails and phone calls, she assured me that the agreement was ...signed and she submitted all documents to the court for final judgment, and theres no need for me to go down to the court as it was normal delay due to covid . 6 months later Dia was M.I.A again, this time I decided to go to court and inquire about my case status, turns out that the court never received the settlement agreement from my attorney, and been notified 3 different times to appear in front the of the court (notice of hearing) and I was never been alerted or been told that I have a hearing scheduled, until I went down to the court myself and discovered that my attorney did not do her job. attorney received full payment as I was assured that everything was done and nothing else is needed. this has delayed other aspects of my life and delayed my case resolution. I highly DO NOT recommend Dia as she is not a competent attorney.
