Dia did the impossible! For 4 long years, I have suffered severe alienation from my daughter due to the other party's lack of following our visitation order. To make matters worse, we co-parent from different states. 2 years ago I spent 8K on another attorney to try to rectify this situation and ...they literally took my money and ran leaving me to represent myself. So naturally, I was terrified to hire another attorney. From the very first consultation to the final date of the Visitation Motion Dia was on top of things! She was extremely well organized, knowledgeable, and most importantly confident she could "break down the wall" that has been keeping my child and I apart. Her confidence gave me confidence! Working with Dia felt more like working with a friend on my side. She always maintained that "human" factor when talking to me. She returned every call, answered every single little question I had, and stayed in very close contact from start to finish! When the Motion date finally came, I can't even express how calm I felt! I knew she was going to handle it well. Sure enough, when it was all over, she got me MUCH, MUCH, more than I had anticipated! 4 long years with no results was crushing me, and to FINALLY have a win was remarkable! My daughter and I are finally reunited per a new order that keeps the other party accountable and I'm over the moon happy! She was truly worth every single penny.

I reached out to Dia in 2019, regarding filing for divorce, we agreed for full service half when we submit and half when we get the court processed, Dia went M.I.A from December 2020 until March 2021, when she finally responded back to my emails and phone calls, she assured me that the agreement was ...signed and she submitted all documents to the court for final judgment, and theres no need for me to go down to the court as it was normal delay due to covid . 6 months later Dia was M.I.A again, this time I decided to go to court and inquire about my case status, turns out that the court never received the settlement agreement from my attorney, and been notified 3 different times to appear in front the of the court (notice of hearing) and I was never been alerted or been told that I have a hearing scheduled, until I went down to the court myself and discovered that my attorney did not do her job. attorney received full payment as I was assured that everything was done and nothing else is needed. this has delayed other aspects of my life and delayed my case resolution. I highly DO NOT recommend Dia as she is not a competent attorney.

I hired this lawyer through unbundled. She accepted payment and was not very helpful with much. She purposely would leave out information that she knew and would not bother to explain to me or suggest to me the best courses of action which I later found out were so clear. She did not care to file whe...n filing was necessary unless you bugged her about it. She did not give me proper copies of court documents that I needed. She represents me in court but other than that i did most of the work that she should've. I came to her expecting what she should've given to me which was clear direction and best action but she almost lways left me confused and not confident. It was blatantly clear that she did not care about my case and she was in it for the measly payments I gave her. I knew I would never hire her again and I do not suggest her to anyone. You deserve a lawyer that honestly wants to help you and fight for your cause if it is just!
