I’m fortunate to have had Dia. S.D. Rogers for a free phone call consultation. She only hit on the issues that will benefit the best interests of my daughters. She steered me in the right direction in order to move forward with possible outcome regarding gaining more custody of my daughters. It’s ve...ry frustrating when you’re a father with limited resources to hire attorneys but Dia. s will help you with limited resources to equip you for issues related to divorce , custody and visitation battles. She will help with drafting petition ready for filing if you’re one of the individuals with limited resources to hire attorneys. Her knowledge, expertise in family law and overall confidence and attitude towards my situation made it apparent that I will be prepared for every issue or event that will arise. I’m very impressed and I will definitely refer her and her team to anyone looking for an educated straightforward and honest family law group.

I hired Ms. Dia Rodgers as my divorce lawyer. I paid her $3,500 to start the case. She sent me paperwork that I filled out however she never turned it in to the courts. I mean never. I called her she left me a a message saying that she was headed there to file the paperwork. She never did it looked ...like I never sent anything to the courts per my divorce. When I tried to contact her my messages went to voicemail and she never called me back. I never heard from her or got any money back. I highly recommend finding someone else.

I reached out to Dia in 2019, regarding filing for divorce, we agreed for full service half when we submit and half when we get the court processed, Dia went M.I.A from December 2020 until March 2021, when she finally responded back to my emails and phone calls, she assured me that the agreement was ...signed and she submitted all documents to the court for final judgment, and theres no need for me to go down to the court as it was normal delay due to covid . 6 months later Dia was M.I.A again, this time I decided to go to court and inquire about my case status, turns out that the court never received the settlement agreement from my attorney, and been notified 3 different times to appear in front the of the court (notice of hearing) and I was never been alerted or been told that I have a hearing scheduled, until I went down to the court myself and discovered that my attorney did not do her job. attorney received full payment as I was assured that everything was done and nothing else is needed. this has delayed other aspects of my life and delayed my case resolution. I highly DO NOT recommend Dia as she is not a competent attorney.
