Biography
I have extensive experience in wills, trusts, estate plans, and all aspects of probate, as well as business and real estate transactions. Furthermore, I am a licensed California real estate broker, life insurance agent and notary public.
My practice is rooted primarily in estate analysis and planning, probate and trust administration, and business and real estate transactions. Over the years I have developed close ties to San Diego accountants, brokers and trust officers, and other financial and investment advisors. By working together with such professionals, my goal is to maximize the services provided for my clients.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara (1976), I obtained my Juris Doctor (cum laude) from California Western School of Law (1979), followed by a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. (1980).

Over several years Michael has been very helpful in advising me how to handle my mother's disability and then her death. He developed her trust and provided astute advice on the financial aspects of managing her estate. Recently, he helped my second wife and I feel comfortable creating a trust.
